Eric is great to work with, knows the area well and his customers. My home had been listed for nearly a year with another realtor and once I listed with Eric I had several offers and the home sold quickly with no issues. He even helped with the small things that needed to be done to the home such as updated smoke detectors. Eric does a great service to his customers and I recommend him to everyone.

Eric did an amazing job handling things for us. We moved out of the area seven years ago and have tried to sell our home numerous times since. We've dealt with multiple renters and other agents. Because we lived several hours away from our property, things have always been difficult, but Eric helped find people to do the things we couldn't (lawn care, heating repair, flooring, etc.).
