When we first talked with Cathy and put our house on the market, we thought that we made a great choice for a selling agent. I was working out of state at the time so my wife was left to work with Cathy on sell of our home. My wife was not treated with the respect that she deserved by Cathy. I am still disgusted by the way my wife was talked too by this so called professional agent! Cathy did little to no work on our behalf and walked away with almost $12,000. If you are looking for a realtor that will not be transparent a d explain things to you, then she is the agent for you. If this is not what you are looking for, then find an agent that will have your best interests in mind!
