My wife and I decided to look into getting a home, as we relocated to a new area. We met Matt and he lined up a handful of homes for us to look at and took us through each of them. We decided to wait a few months until we were a little more settled in our jobs and finances and he understood and gave us space while we adjusted. When we were ready to look again he helped us find a home we really liked. The home had some big issues that we were against, but Matt located the builders, and scheduled us a meeting to discuss building a similar home in another location. He helped us coordinate all our meetings as well as ensuring that as first time house buyers we knew what was required to continue in the purchasing process. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and a huge help for my wife and I in our search for a home. Thanks Matt!
