We could not have asked for a more personable, more motivated realtor. Chanel is so affable and has a real sincerity about her that draws you in and inspires both confidence and comfort in her abilities. Her depth of experience was immediately evident as she asked very pointed questions to hone in on our "dream house." Within the day we received MLS listings matching all of our criteria, and not soon after we'd narrowed the list to great houses to view in person. Chanel was always prompt and punctual, and communicated often throughout the entire the process. Once we found our perfect match (and we thank her for her patience as we were quite picky), Chanel surprised us even more! She fought adamantly to ensure the home repairs we wanted were attended to, even though the sellers tested her resolve. As we went to close on our home, we found ourselves incredibly thankful we had such an amazing realtor, and friend, to help us throughout the home buying process. And this is exactly when Chanel separated herself from other realtors we've conducted business with. Though we'd sign the closing documents, there were still hurdles to overcome between the bank and closing attorney. Chanel stayed diligently involved even though the responsibility did not fall on her. She resolved the issues and even though it was improbable, Chanel's hard work paid off. We were able to move in that same day. Words will never truly express what a magnificent job Chanel did and we plan to recommend her to anyone who will listen.
