I'm a retired exec living in the Caribbean since 2011. My spouse and I wanted to return to NY and aEURoestumbledaEUR? into the Village of New Paltz one weekend (summer 2018). Also on a whim, we walked into a realty and met Sarah Elliot. To make a long story short, that encounter led to the purchase of the perfect one bedroom apartment in the perfect location to have a second home (that we werent even sure we wanted till we bought it!). She worked diligently with us mostly on line since we live so far away; we actually made an offer online. Not only did she identify the apartment, she helped us identify an attorney, an inspector, an insurance agent and all the resources we needed. She became our aEURoego toaEUR? person even after we closed the deal. Thanks to Ms. Elliot we became familiar with our new community. In fact, The wonderful painter/handyman she recommended is still a fixture in our lives. Sarah Elliot is a dedicated, hard working, diligent and knowledgeable professional. She makes you feel like youre her only client. Most importantly, she listens to her clients, she addresses every concern and readily tackles any problem that may arise. She is trustworthy, a quality most important to me. I recommend her without reservations.
