My house had been on the market for a year and though its a beautiful house on 10 acres, views and a swimming pool, nothing was happening. I decided it was time to switch brokers and called Judy Steinfeld. She came to my home, made some simple and sensible design, paint and repair recommendations. She did a study of the comps in the area and suggested a smart pricing and marketing plan. Then she brought her photographer and took photos that really showed my house. She wrote a great description of my property - and it was obvious why I bought and loved it so much. Her marketing plan was active and she began right away including sending my listing to her own extensive email list. I followed her advice and within two weeks I had a great offer on the house and we closed shortly after. Judy is knowledgeable about the market, lives in and loves the community and is committed and confident. Not to mention very easy to get along with, laid back, yet incredibly responsive to my e-mails and phone calls. Judy gets the job done and it was easy and a pleasure to work with.
