Kelly is a fantastic person to work with when you have minimal experience with real estate. She met us when we flew in from out of state and drove us around the area, introducing us to Michigan along with many local hidden secrets. She was extremely helpful and attentive to showing us all the properties we were interested in and was attentive to what we we loved, what we didn't, and how she could help us find the best place. She was able to discuss housing and construction with us and educated us a great deal. Better yet, after we picked out a place she was a bulldog and was able to negotiate and take care of all the details for us. For two people living across the country and moving to Michigan, we appreciated her expertise and dedication. Along the entire way she was friendly and professional, answering all our questions. Without a doubt we would recommend Kelly. A great person. A fantastic real estate agent.

Kelly is a fantastic agent who goes the extra mile for her clients. My husband and I worked with Kelly to find our first home in Northville, Michigan a few months ago. It was a challenging market for home-buyers; there was very little inventory. All homes that were decent and priced appropriately were sold within a day or two of being listed. This meant that we had to be extremely vigilant with the online listings. Whenever a new home came on the market in our budget/location, we would immediately contact Kelly and ask her if she was available to see it. She was always able to book an appointment and show it to us that day or the next day. It was so important to have an agent who was responsive and understood the importance of moving quickly. Kelly was also very patient with us. We looked at about twenty homes and made several offers before finding the home that we eventually bought.I was also impressed with how Kelly researched price and presented our offers. She thoroughly analyzed the market to determine what price we should offer. When presenting an offer to the seller, she explains to the seller the reasoning behind our offer. She also was creative in thinking of ways to convince the sellers that we were committed buyers and financially sound. She recommended that we include some extra documentation with our offer, which turned out to be very important. With the house we eventually bought, the sellers had several offers, and one was higher than our offer. However, because Kelly presented our offer with extra documentation and also humanized us by explaining our personal stories, the sellers went with our offer.Kelly is a strong negotiator. The sellers had promised to provide moving assistance in the listing, but wanted to back out on this promise right before closing. The moving assistance was not added to our purchase agreement since we we knew there were multiple offers and did not want to add anything that would weaken our offer. However, Kelly would not let them back out, and, in the end, they provided us with moving funds. I appreciated that Kelly went to bat for us on this issue. Kelly's insistence made our move free! Before we closed, Kelly worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone was on the same page and working to close on time. It was a close thing, but we were able to close on time. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.- Rachel

I just purchased a condo and Kelly was my real estate agent. She showed me every condo I was interested in looking at, managing to get appointments to see them at times that were convenient to my schedule and made the best use of my time. After I found the perfect place and put in an offer, Kelly worked hard to make sure the deal closed. I ran into a lot of snags due to the home lending market being so tight, and even with perfect credit I was having a hard time closing on my mortgage. It seemed that everything that could go wrong did. Kelly was a rock. I had moments of despair when I thought it would all unravel, but Kelly had my back. She was even able to get the transaction closed on New Year's Eve when the title company was closed so that I wouldn't have to wait until after the new year to move into my new home. Kelly is a superstar! Rest assured, if I ever move again, Kelly will be my agent.
