My husband and I have always dreamt about moving to South Carolina. Our children are now grown and this past fall took a leap of faith. Best decision we ever made! We saw a few homes we were interested in and reached out to the listings agent by email. Her name...Julie Acosta! At the time Julie was on vacation and yet we talked for awhile. I talked to her about what we were looking for, what we could afford and my concerns about moving to another State. Julie completely understood, she answered all my questions. I felt so comfortable and welcomed that my husband and I drove to South Carolina to meet with her. The first day we met we looked at homes and talked about each others backgrounds. We knew that Julie's knowledge and experience was exactly what we were looking for. Shortly after we found our home. Julie recommended a Lending Agent in the area, which we ended up using. She recommended inspectors, stayed on top of these inspections with follow up phone calls until they were completed. Every step of they way keeping us informed. We are now homeowners settled in and extremely happy and content. Julie has been so generous with her time...and is truley a person who loves her profession! Someone whom we had never met before to put her all into giving us the best home buying experience speaks volumes! We can't thank her enough for all she has done for us. Julie has made our dream a reality!
