Mike Santini is one of the most honest, courteous realtors I have ever dealt with. I can only speak from my experience, he went above and beyond for me. I had a difficult situation and Mike made me feel it would all be fine. All he said was "Trust Me" which was not an easy task because I had a previous realtor that was taking advantage of my situation. Mike becomes personally involved, he became my friend, my protector and truly had my best interests at heart. I was a divorced mother with a home that was strapping me not only financially but, mentally and emotionally as well. When would have the occasional meltdown, Mike would say "stop worrying, let me do my job". It took some time but he was a man of his word and sold my home and then helped me find another rental. I would sometimes laugh because we would go look at a place and he would walk in and say "Oh no! This is not the place for you " and we would walk out. Who does that! Most realtors in my experience want the commission, not Mike, he wants what is best for his client. I still to this day reach out to him with questions and he is like talking to an old friend. Always there and always helpful. Mike Santini is far more than a broker/realtor, he is a king among men! (At least in my opinion)
