Jennifer is a spectacularly good real estate agent. We near-simultaneously bought and sold homes in the $1-2M range with Jennifer in a fairly complex situation in ultra-competitive markets. We have previously got to escrow or bought homes 3 different times with 3 different real estate agents within the past 5 years, so we have some experience to draw from on this. Jennifer is incredible. She was the only real estate agent I've ever had who was genuinely looking after our interests. She is an absolute bulldog negotiator, incredibly prompt, available day and night, and handles the mountain of paperwork, home showings, touch-ups, arrangements with various contractors brilliantly. She was also very good in the initial phase, helping us identify promising neighborhoods for our needs and lifestyle. Jennifer was also respectful of our financial constraints and has a great support staff to handle things on the very rare occasions she is unavailable and for routine paperwork and such. Lastly, we got great deals on both sides and love our new house in the neighborhood she suggested. I strongly recommend Jennifer for any real estate transaction, buy side or sell side.
