Look no further for a realtor. I have personally used Gabe to buy property and sell a home...Both transactions were top notch. Gabe is an excellent communicator, he always answers e-mails/texts/calls promptly, super important to me and is something I appreciated so much. He knows his stuff. We recently listed our house for more than what we would have asked for, but went with Gabes knowledge and experience and it paid off. Our home sold for asking price and was under contract within 1 week of being on the market. Gabe is great at what he does and cares about his clients. As long as Gabe is around, we will never use another realtor.

He gave us a list of different ones to choose from and view by that afternoon we had settled on a property that we wish to make an offer on....
