Taylor went above and beyond to support my goals and journey through buying my home. His concise and effective communication guided me through the fog of home buying. Any question I had at any time of day, he was there to answer quickly in text, or have lengthy conversations over the phone. He always followed up with each step and wanted to hear things first hand from the home inspector to the appraisal. He negotiated for my budget and closing costs. Through the home buying process he always advocated for my goals and wanted to see me succeed. Taylor always brought a smile to our conversations, and a certain energy that put my stress at ease. No matter what Taylor went to bat for me and handled tough conversations with the mortgage company at closing. Closing on my house wasn't the last I saw of Taylor, he stayed with me through replacing my roof, finding a plumber, a dry wall guy, and a gardener. I confided in Taylor I never saw home ownership growing up, so it was an insecurity that I didn't always know what to do or who to call for things. Immediately he supported me by offering his shared experiences and to be someone I can reach out to.
