Garry Brown Real Estate

I am an out of town real estate investor and I bought some land near Garry sight unseen. Garry looked over the land and said it needed some clean-up. He hired an individual and loaned him his equipment to do the work. He found a buyer rather quickly and when a mineral lease issue came up he knew someone in the oil company to provide a surface waiver so that the buyers would not walk away from the deal. I believe Garry made the deal happen and made me a very nice profit! I highly recommend him.
