I moved back to Delmar from Pennsylvania so finding Mary Canova made my house hunt very manageable from a distance. We met a few time and looked at several homes so that she could get an idea of what I was hoping to find. Then when she contacted me to let me know she was certain she had the perfect house for me.....I made the trip again, excited to see the home. As we walked through the home, Mary pointed out features and we also discussed things I might change. I really appreciated her feedback while I considered the purchase. She helped me find a local home inspector too. Then after the closing on the house, before I moved in, Mary provided some referrals to professionals that could help me with some updates that needed to be completed while the house was empty. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone local or not, to find a home for them in this area. This is my fourth home and by far, the best experience with a realtor I have had. Mary was very helpful to me, every step of the way. Mary didn't just find me a house that met my needs, she found me a home.
