Angela was recommended to us when a mutual friend heard we were interested in purchasing a home in Moore County, and it was a great "fit". She quickly ascertained our preferences, price range, and time frame; she then added our profile into her email notification system. We regularly received listings that fell into our parameters; we were free to reject any listing info we didn't care for, and compile a group of listings we wanted to visit. She was very aware that we had to travel over an hour to our future location, so she made every trip count by maximizing our time when we could make the trip. Mrs. Rooney also has a fantastic network of local tradespeople that she has worked with, so if a property needed renovation, repairs, etc., our needs were taken care of even though we were not familiar with the area. Our contract and negotiation process was very difficult due to the seller's situation and broker, but we were always very well represented by Angela. We knew she had many other clients, but she always made us feel we were her priority. She is the ultimate "Multi-tasker"! She has a great reputation among her peers, so she's certainly doing something right!
