He quickly put together a competitive bid in a very tough market, employing creative solutions and strong negotiation tactics to ensure our offer on the home stood out from several other offers and was ultimately accepted. When we needed to change loan types for a more advantageous financial outlook, Joe supported our decision and worked closely with our lender and the sellers realtor to communicate the change effectively and allow us to move forward with the purchase.
