"CC" demonstrated an exemplary commitment to helping me with all phases of selling my home. She was always available to answer my questions, recommend resources to help me organize and prepare my home for sale and negotiate with prospective buyers. All of that and much more, and always with a smile and supportive attitude. There was never a question in my mind that her priority was helping me as a person, never as a means to enrich herself. For me that quality is uncommon and refreshing.I never realized how stressful selling a home could be. She did, and she lightened my load by recommending packers and packing materials, even lending a helping hand at times; which improvements to make and which to avoid; how to navigate the maze of rules and regulations; suggesting realistic pricing and negotiation advice; developing excellent promotional materials; and finally, helping with all aspects of the closing. I should also mention that Dennis Foley was an excellent resource and that he and CC, in my estimation, went above and beyond in making the sale of my home as stress-free as possible. They are both consummate professionals.At one point I considered selling my home without a realtor. Fortunately I realized that I didn't have the specialized skills and knowledge to accomplish that. I am glad that I chose CC to help me. I recommend her without reservation.
