We were so fortunate to have found Andrew Sprenkel when we moved to Saint Johns. He helped us 3 times for the past 2 years. In 2017, I called few numbers I found online trying to schedule some appointments to see properties on weekend and only Andrew called me back immediately after I left a voice mail. He was patient as we traveled from South Florida to look at homes over several weeks. As our family began to grow, 8 months after we bought our townhome we found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. We called Andrew right away asking for help. The best part about working with Andrew was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. He also gave us lots of great tips how to rent our first place. Year later, we decided to sell townhome that Andrew found for us when we moved to Saint Johns. So, we called him again. This time he and another great agent from his team Stephanie Negron Sanchez helped us. What a great people to work with! We signed a contract after being only 3 days on the market.
