Where to begin with this incompetent, rude and unprofessional is the only way to describe her. Our experience with her has been non the less awful. She managed a property for a great couple up north, from which we were renting from. The moment she took our application on notebook paper, to the time we moved in to our condo, which was given to us unclean and had the stench of cat urine through out, to the end of our lease, when she was fired by the new owners, was a HORRIBLE experience with Andrea. If you are looking for a realtor and come across her, RUN! Her business used to be called Pinellas Homes Inc. Unfortunately you can't find anything about it anymore, most likely because of all the negative reviews. If you could you would see from the reviews, others had the same horrible experience with her. She changed her business name to Florida Real Estate Inc. Located in Oldsmar. Again, I wouldn't let this women manage anyones property. Heed my advice and avoid andrea rogers like the plague! Total unprofessional.

The rudest and most unprofessional landlord I have ever dealt with. It started when she listed the property for $900 a month with water paid. When I told her I wanted the place she changed it to $1000 and no water paid. I am 46 years old and Ive never had a landlord do that. This started a year of the worst experience Ive ever had with a landlord. She yelled at me after I insisted on new locks because the previous tenant came snooping around my house and scared my sons and I. We were very scared as we did not know him or what he was capable of. He was mad and came around to the back window and knocked while my sons were home alone. She did not care. She yelled and told me to get my own locks. She constantly sent unprofessional emails to me and treated me like I was inferior to her. She told me all tenants hate their landlords. Not true. Ive had great landlords. She didnt clean the place when I moved in. I cleaned it. No she is charging me for cleaning the carpet, painting and cleaning which is what any landlord would need to do when a new tenant moves in. I left the place in great shape and cleaner than how I got it. She charged me for things that were already broken. I have more issues with her but not enough room
