Ms. Corzo worked with us in the sale of our house. Although our home warranted a mid-six figure sales price, due to foreclosures and short sales in the community, the comparables did not support our asking price. We interviewed several realtors. All shared the same consensus. Somewhat disappointed by this news, we almost put our home on the market for much less than our desired sales figure, UNTIL we met Ms. Corzo. Alexandra brought not only knowledge and professionalism to the table, but, an enthusiasm we had not seen previously in other agents to get our home properly marketed and sold. We were hesitant to put the house up for sale during the Winter holidays, but Ms. Corzo assured us that a vast number of people looked for homes at that time when their children were out of school on winter break. I am happy to report that not only did Alexandra sell our home in record time (a matter of a week or two), she had actually raised our asking price saying that we were asking too little. She sold our property for about $17,000 more than what were going to ask. She found 3 buyers who offered full price...they were waiting in line to see if the previous offer would fall through so that their offer might be accepted. The sale occured so rapidly, that we did not even have time for an open house. Ms. Corzo stayed in touch with us, returned our calls in a timely manner, arranged for us to transition into a rental property while waiting for our new home to be completed. Her net-working skills offered information on moving services as well. I would recommend Ms. Corzo's real estate services without reservation. Should we decide to sell our current home in the future, I would definitely hire her again.
