I seriously cant say enough good things about working with Martha! If you're looking for someone to help you buy a home, stop looking and just call her. I bought a condo recently, and Martha made the whole thing so easy. The best part? She was always around. I could text her with random questions or call her on the weekend, and shed get right back to me. I never felt like I was bothering her or waiting around for answers, which made a huge difference. Shes also a total beast at negotiating (in the best way!). She knew exactly how to handle the offers and ended up getting me a price I was super happy with. It felt awesome knowing I had someone in my corner fighting for a good deal rather than just trying to close a sale. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
