Lars came highly recommended by a trusted family friend. Lars and the team delivered on every expectation I had. I live across the country plus had the complication of a renter in the house I was selling. So I needed to work with someone who I implicitly trusted and I knew would handle the details I could not. I found that Lars knows the the industry very well, including the market and the trends. Plus he has great resouces to get things done. He explained all the variables at play that I should consider in making key decisions in a way that I felt very informed and never talked down to. Home prep and staging:Lars was very patient and knowledgeable in coaching us how to prepare and stage our home for prospective buyers. Although we had already completed several remodels, Lars told us how to focus on areas that would provide us and the new buyer the most value. His team came in and made all the final adjustments in staging a home that had the broadest appeal. We went to market very confident and pleased with the state of our home. Once upon a time, I was sitting in a love seat in front of my TV & watched Korean drama by myself late in the evening. I stumbled upon Lars name on Zillow ( God lead me there, no question there! ) while we were trying to find a new property. Knowing myself as an ISFP (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) so I use 'Feeling' a lot when I choose a house, car, realtor and even wife too, well except kids :) I met Lars first time in Yorba Linda w/o any expectation except I just want to 'feel' him. Honestly, I was intimidated at first due to majority of the houses he sold/bought on his real estate portfolios in Zillow are waaay above my price range, so I thought he would care less about my budget & specific needs. But hold your breath, I was surprise how calm & not-pushing-type of realtor he is, it blew me away. We just connect right away, it's almost like a love-at-few-minutes-later-sight. Even my wife said that Lars is a kind of realtor that I feel comfortable with. Long story short, we got our own place now *yaaay*. Lars & Chris helped me throughout the whole process. They even told me "don't get this house!" at the very first house we went and I'm glad the seller didn't accept our offer. If you need realtor that will always on your side despite your budget, your 'long-specific-needs' & calm go with Lars. Thank you God for allowed me to meet with Lars & Chris.

Janice and her team were amazing in the process of my first home purchase. From the moment I asked for her help, I knew I was in experienced, professional hands. She paired me with the most amazing mortgage broker who with creativity and caring got me the lender that I needed at a mortgage rate that was reasonable during a very challenging time in the housing market.
