This is my 2nd review, as Barb just sold the property that she helped me buy, 7 years ago. Just as in the buying process, Barb was super helpful, and knew all the right people to help me get the home in salable condition. Within a WEEK of listing my property, Barb brought me 3 legitimate offers, 2 of which were well above the asking price, which was already a little more than I thought we could get for it. Time from listing to full payment in hand? A whopping 33 days. She is truly amazing. I cannot possibly recommend her any higher.

Barb was excellent in helping me find the right home for my family, and she was very patient as I looked at many, many houses before finally coming back and buying the home that she originally suggested would meet my needs. Her experience, knowledge of the area, understanding of people, as well as her P.R. skills make her an excellent Real Estate Professional.

I'll have more realty needs in the near future, and my choice for an agent is very easy. She's the American Express card of Realty. I won't leave home again without her.
