I wrote my review several weeks ago with just three words, "The very best!". I was told that this was too brief, that I needed to expand on it, and that is what I will do. During my life I have purchased and sold 6 houses, 3 as my residence and 3 as investments. In these transactions I have not had a better agent than Carolyn. As an example, when making offers and counter offers I have had agents who urged me to "Just raise your offer $5,000 and I think we can close the deal.". Carolyn, on the other hand, said, "I woudn't go any higher because the house isn't worth that much." (concerning a home in Chico on which I was making an offer). She was honestly working for her client, not just to quickly close a deal and pick up her commision. Then, when the asking price of another home unexpectedly dropped by $20,000 and became more attractive, she was able to withdraw our offer, get my deposit back, and start all over on the second home which was concluded successfully. Essentially doing the work involved in buying two homes and done with nary a complaint, pleasantly, and in good humor.
