Randy is the only realtor we have worked with and we are so glad that was the case. From the moment we met him, we knew we matched with the perfect realtor. He lived a few minutes from the neighborhood we wanted to buy in which gave him knowledge of the area and that was invaluable.From a responsiveness perspective, Randy was professionally available at all hours. If I called or texted, he would answer or message me back within minutes. I never worried about whether I would hear from Randy if I needed him.At the end of the process when things were "getting real" Randy was right there leading the way. He gave great advice and ended up helping us land the only house we made an offer on. He advised us on every step and if he didn't have an answer, he got one for us as soon as possible.The last thing that needs to be said is that Randy meshed so well with us. We did viewings at night, on the weekends, and brought along our two kids and he didn't just take it in stride - he welcomed it. He took the time to understand what was important to us and hit the nail on the head with what we liked and disliked. By the end, Randy felt more like a buddy of ours who was helping us buy a house rather than a realtor.
