Sonya helped me in purchasing my first home. There were a few hiccups along the way with the seller, but Sonya helped navigate through these issues in a professional manner. I always felt that she had my best interests in mind. As it was my first home purchase, I really had no idea what to expect throughout the process from making an offer to closing, but Sonya was right there to guide me and make sure everything was taken care of as it should be. It was a great experience, and I appreciate the effort Sonya went through to make sure the deal was able to go through and that all parties were happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend Sonya to anyone looking to buy a new home. I also worked with Sonya as part of her real estate team for over 2 1/2 years. I was always impressed with Sonya for her being upfront and honest with people. If their home was not priced correctly, she would recommend an appropriate price and back up her recommendation with up to date market data to ensure the seller was able to get the most of out of their home while at the same time being able to sell within an appropriate amount of time and not have any troubles meeting the appraisal value. She was always very familiar with market conditions as well as fair real estate practices. I always felt that she had her clients' best interests in mind and was a fair team player with the other Realtors in the community. I learned a lot in working with Sonya and would highly recommend her to anyone needing help buying or selling a home.
