I must start this review by discussing Nicks response time. On a weekend in late June my wife and I inquired about a house in Maryland through Zillow. Nick literally replied with a phone call after only 20 minutes! We spoke a little bit with Nick discussing our concerns, our wish lists, and our deal breakers. Throughout the week Nick and his wife Melissa sent us several potential homes, from their picks my wife and I compiled a list, provided it to Nick and the following weekend Nick had several homes lined up and ready to view. Nick or Melissa replied to our emails in less than twenty four hours and were completely prepared when we finally met that following Saturday. On the first day of house hunting with Nick we knew we found the home we were going to buy but we still looked at a few more homes just to be sure. I dont want to throw Nick under the bus but my wife and I brought our two year old son with us to each house and Nick took it completely in stride. He even helped babysit while we spoke to a representative in a model home without interruption. He really is an awesome Realtor. After we decided which house to go with Nick helped these property virgins ensure everything we asked for and everything we were promised was on paper and accounted for. Nick was a subtle negotiator and the home we decided to go with was a new construction. Nicks own experiences with new construction gave him valuable insight and knowledge into our experience. Nicks nudging was able to help us settle an entire month early and stop me from having to commute 120 miles to and from work. Nick helped me with some specific questions and issues I had with the VA Loan process which Nick was very knowledgeable and what he didnt know he knew who to contact to get the information. Finally, even though I know it is not the most responsible thing to do when signing away hundreds of thousands of dollars; I was completely comfortable looking to Nick for a nod or a shake when signing documents I didnt quite understand. Nick was invaluable during this process and my wife and I have already recommended him to people on Facebook inquiring about the area. Whether you are buying, renting, selling, or trying to rent your property go with Nick and you will not be disappointed.
