Samantha Grove had contacted me while I was searching for homes through alternate real estate sites. Samantha ( aka Sam) continually had our best interest at heart the entire time... she truly had our backs. I cannot say enough of her dedication and commitment to our satisfaction; going above and beyond to Extreme Measures no matter if she was working or it was family day. We have nothing but in abundance of praise for Fabulous Aiken Homes...especially Samantha Grove. Samantha Grove was extremely punctual in her responses to all of our inquiries. As previously mentioned Sam always had our best interests and biggest really committed to giving us everything that we were looking for in the area at the matter of survival of possible dwelling interests, and now we have our forever home with more than we expected. When Samantha Grove was not available she had her associate Nikki Cunningham take her place so that we would not lose any opportunity to bid on a house. Both Sam and Nikki were friendly very personable made us feel extremely comfortable and answered all our questions when we went to see a house in person. We were so confident in their performance that the house we actually bought we paid for before we saw in person and there was no disappointments at all. We are lifelong devoted fans of Fabulous Aiken Homes. And are looking forward to having Samantha, Nikki to our "forever home" once we settle in... and for many other get togethers. They're not just Realtors... their our friends

Samantha has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and we have a huge level of trust with her. So much so that when we had to circle back to Lexington for our house search we asked her to please stay on as our realtor. There is no one we would trust more. Our search took years because of our specific needs. During that time Samantha never lost patience or made us feel that we were being too picky or selective. She completely understood all that was involved and wanted to make sure we found the perfect home. She had the utmost professionalism and was always accessible. We had to buy from out of state and she made the whole process as seamless as it could be. She has a heart for her clients and a gift for what she does. We felt blessed to have her and couldn't recommend her or Fabulous Aiken/Augusta homes more.
