We have been using Angela for over 5 years now. We have both sold and bought through Angela, including our recent purchase in September. Not only does Angela know her stuff, she knows her customers. She asks questions and listens to the answers, rather than showing you what would make her the most money. In fact, our purchase in September was listed with another agent, yet she never shied away from showing us the property. She is there through the entire process too. If we have questions, she is QUICK to respond. If she goes on vacation, she syncs you up with an equally qualified agent too, and even on vacation she checks in. During this last process we had been looking for a long time, and at the end we were a bit anxious and were about to just give in to seller demands. She told us she didn't think we needed to and explained why. We trusted her, and she was 100% correct. We were able to get the price WE wanted and get the sellers to do what WE wanted. Let me get this out there that we are in NO way related, even though we share the last name. If you know anything about real-estate you know about "arms length transactions" and being family would be illegal. We just happen to share the same last name.We found Angela during the sale of a property in 2009. We had several agents before her, and were frustrated at the slow response and poor negotiating skills. We wanted what we called a "ball buster"... someone that didn't take NO for an answer and was willing to do the HARD work. When we met Angela and she pushed back on some of our thoughts, but professionally and with good reasoning, we jumped in and never looked back. She was able to sell the home, at what we wanted, and was there fighting for us the whole way though. She did the same thing as a buying agent too, and we know we'll never go to another agent. If you want someone that knows the business, knows the area, knows the financial side of the business, will fight for you, who will answer your questions, who will call you right back... Angela is for you.
