Catherine was an absolute treat to work with. This was our first time buying a home and we didn't really know what we were doing or even fully where we wanted to live just yet. She worked with our hectic/limited schedules, showed us more houses than I could even count in areas all across Raleigh/Garner/Clayton, at all times of the day and night, and fought for us when we did finally find the one we loved. While the lender we chose was not the most pleasant to deal with, Catherine kept them on track, made sure that we were doing everything we needed to be doing, when we needed to be doing it, and scheduled everything for us the whole way through - which was a HUGE relief on our part. She is a sweetheart with a great sense of humor and an absolute shark when it comes to negotiating. The perfect blend of sweet and spicy.

Moved from California to North Carolina. After sending a request for information to Marti Hampton, I was connected with Holly Rucker. From the beginning Holly was incredibly helpful and full of advice and insight. No pressure just great advice and insight. Upon my first visit, I had an issue with renting a car. Holly met me at the first house and proceeded to personally take me from home to home, dropping me at my hotel in the evening.
