Despite an era of higher interest rates and low inventory, we managed to purchase a home we love in a great neighborhood within our budget on account of Johns excellent service and knowledge. As first-time home buyers, my fiance and I were unfamiliar with the process and definitely needed hand-holding. John was very patient and answered all of our questions for us during the entire process: walking us through the offer, negotiations, and paperwork/contracts. We were becoming frustrated with the financing we found on our own, but he connected us with a very reputable lender that was easy to work with and provided great options. John is also knowledgeable about both newer and older builds and materials, and provided useful information during the showings. When it was time for an inspection, we hit some snags with the inspector, but John stepped in for us and coordinated with the inspector to ensure we resolved our issues. The home-buying process can be stressful, but we absolutely enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend John to any and all buyers!
