At the end of 2018, my fiance and I decided we were tired of renting and wanted to buy a house in the La Crosse area. After working with my bank to get pre-approved for a loan, Cathryn was recommended to me by both the mortgage lender we worked with at the bank, as well as several of my coworkers. Upon contacting Cathryn to set up a time to meet, she was more than willing to comply with our schedule. In the span of one month, we met with Cathryn, (discussed what we were looking for in a house, our budget, and ideal location), found our first home, placed an offer on it, and had it accepted! Cathryn is incredibly passionate about helping individuals find their ideal home, and I would recommend her to anyone! In addition, even after buying our house, she has kept in touch with my fiance in I through email, mailings, and even dropping off adorable housewarming gifts for us every now and again. In all, I consider Cathryn to be more of a friend than a realtor, as her warm demeanor and genuine care for her customers far exceeds what I would have ever expected in this experience.
