Amir is absolutely amazing -- I don't even know where to start with this review. In short, if you want someone who is extremely knowledgable about all-things real estate, is always pleasant/patient/easy to work with, a great negotiator, and will go the extra mile (or rather, do an extra marathon!), then this is the guy you want to work with. And keep in mind, I was house hunting with my partner and elderly (and often difficult) parents -- Amir was never phased!First thing to mention: Amir has the hookups. The first thing he did was connect us to an absolutely amazing lender. Then, the house we bought was a fixer-upper, and he had a fabulous recommendation for roof, painting, floors, pest patrol, and more. He is well-connected and this will make your process easier since it will cut down on the time/stress you spend looking for contractors.Second: Amir is EXTREMELY responsive and patient, which is what you want in a real estate agent. He answers your questions practically instantly, and it always feels like he's excited you called. I was bothering him with so many questions at one point, and he never once seemed irritated by it. He organized many weekends where we saw as many houses as we wanted, and I never felt like he was upset when we asked to see the same house twice or add another house to our tour. He never pressured us to pick a house or made us feel like we had to speed up the process.Third: This guy knows his stuff. Amir successfully negotiated to get the seller to cover closing costs and the complete replacement of the roof! We were stunned. The seller ended up being very difficult to work with, but Amir never complained about the process, and we never felt stressed out for a second since he dealt with all of it with ease. I thought buying a house would be stressful and unpleasant. Amir did literally all the heavy lifting so that I could sit back and be excited about our options. He had great insights about each house regarding things to watch out for or be mindful of, which was great for me as a first-time home buyer. When we found houses we liked, he was fast to put an offer together, and with his advice, we got not 1 but 2 offers accepted in this difficult market! Listen to this guy!Last: Amir will take care of you long after you've signed the closing papers. When everything was said and done, he easily could have stopped responding or checking in. He was always checking in on the renovations and asking if he could help in any way. Amir continued to answer all our questions or address difficulties, and he was there at 6 AM when I was out of town and some contractors got locked out. He even got us a brand new front door lock as a house-warming present!In sum: You can't go wrong with Amir. We were completely inexperienced when we started working with Amir, and he made sure we were well taken care of and well-informed. You will not regret choosing Amir as your agent to help you find the home of your dreams.
