I found The Geeta Shukla team on Zillow when looking for our home at the beginning of this year. We worked with Anu Shukla. She has been an amazing professional throughout the entire process. Whenever my husband and I sent her homes of interest, she was always open and available to schedule showings on weekends. Anu is also very responsive in any inquiries we had about homes, listings, etc. She would respond within minutes to any of our questions. Anu is also a very friendly and honest person, in that she gave us her thoughtful and truthful opinions about some homes we thought looked interesting at the moment but ended up being disappointing (poor condition of home, too close to railroad, etc.). Throughout the weekends of seeing potential homes, she quickly began to know what our "style" was and would recommend homes for us to see. We finally found our dream home in March 2019 and she has been outstanding with the process since then (i.e. working with seller's agent, inspection). She is always available with any questions and is always a short text/phone call away. She also goes above and beyond her real estate services. Specifically, at our final walk-through prior to closing, we found that we needed some minor extermination done for some bees found by the garage door. My husband and I were unavailable to take off work (we had already taken several days off for closing, moving, etc.) and Anu offered to come during the extermination. I highly recommend the Geeta Shukla Team if you are looking for your dream home and top of the line real estate services.
