My husband and I bought 2 homes, sold 3 homes, and had 1 rental with Brian and Louann Schultz. They are an incredible power couple! They've gone the extra mile to make sure that my husband and I are happy. Other realtors I've worked with in the past will try to find me a house to buy that's either on the top end of my budget or over it. These guys don't do that. They tell it how it is and will let you know whether or not it's something you can afford. When they walk through a home with you they will point out to you things that are wrong and let you know whether or not they think you should buy the home. When selling a home, they will price your home exactly at what it will appraise for. Thank you Brian and Louann for everything you've done for us! I only wish you were able to be our realtors for when my husband and I moved to Miami!!! If we ever come back we will definitely be hitting you guys up!!!

I highly recommend Brian and Louanne to sell your home. At our first meeting they shared everything they normally do to sell a home and I was thinking this has to cost extra... to my surprise it was all included. They really go above and beyond! They care about each individual as we had a truncated time table to sell within a month and they sold our house in 5 days. Every time I grabbed my phone, they were marketing my home on social media. They also advertised by walking around our neighborhood and having open houses. They were very professional and answered all our questions. Every step along the way they gave us excellent direction and support! I have sold many homes but I have never been happier with my agents!
