I don't believe I can fit my amazing experience into one review but I'll sure try. Tashemia was the first realtor I have ever worked with. I met her at an open house near my apartment complex and within days she was sending me links to homes and gathering ideas. We set up an appointment with her to get the process started. During our first meeting she laid out the basics for us and how she personally works with clients to get them what they need. She was very professional and helpful. My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers and had many questions. She was very patient with us at all times. If she didn't know something she found out within the hour. During the home search she was nothing less than flawless. Set up 5-8 houses in a day for us to look at and kept us on track throughout appointments. She was very honest in each house as to what would be a future issue and what to look for to get the best bang for our buck. During the offer process she was a negotiating queen! Found us the best deals and didn't let anyone take advantage of us. We had a few hiccups in the lending part of the process and Shemia handled everything! She always had our back no matter what and communicated the whole time. We were never in the dark. After all said and done, I had some issues with my new home in the first week of moving in. Shemia contacted the builder and had response times cut in half for me! She goes above and beyond in all aspects of her job and I now not only consider her my lifetime realtor but my friend. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for their next place to call home. You won't be disappointed.
