When I started thinking about buying a house, I was extremely stressed and anxious about it. It would be the first home I ever purchased, and I was coming off one of the hardest years of my life. Zander made the whole process so amazing. From driving what felt like all over Georgia to look at a million houses with me, to answering every dumb question I could think of to ask. I went under contract on a house that fell through due to the inspection turning out horrible. Zander helped encourage me when I felt like giving up on the process. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I couldn't have gotten through this process to end up in my dream home if it wasn't for Zander and all of his knowledge and help. We were in the middle of selling our house with an agent who was extremely inexperienced and incompetent. I knew I had to make some changes quickly. Stacey was recommended by a family member and within mins of talking to him I knew he was the guy I needed. I immediately cut ties with my prior agent and hired Stacey. I felt a sense of relief the MOMENT I hired him on as our agent. I didnt feel the need to micromanage or ANYTHING. He took all that unnecessary stress away. Within several DAYS, yes, DAYS he had photos and our listing back up on the market. He has a whole team that can make miracles happen FASTaEUR|within ONE day we had an offer.
