If you're looking for someone who is going to advocate for you, then KC is the person for you. I've worked with many realtors in the past and none of them have risen to KC's standards. I was relocating out of CA to AZ and I knew absolutely nothing about the area or homebuying except the fact that I needed a home! KC spoke to me about my needs and figured out which area would be best for me. Immediately after our initial phone call, she went to work! The very next day she began sending me listings that matched exactly what I had asked her for. She worked through the listings before she sent them to me to ensure that they met all my needs. I was amazed. The homes that I starred, she immediately went and took videos of those homes the very next day! I fell in love with the first home she sent me. I didn't think I would like it through the pictures that I saw, but when she did the walkthrough for me, I knew it was the one for me! She negotiated repairs and even had the seller reduce the price. She helped me find a lender that was very helpful as a first-time buyer. She was always available by phone, text, or email whenever I had a question or a worry. I'm planning to relocate to Arizona and working with KC to find a new home there.
