Initially, we were impressed with the Lahey group and their business model of having a customer care associate assigned to us so that we could complete the listing process faster than a single realtor who has many other houses to show and jobs to do. This unfortunately proved to be a situation of "too many hands in the pot" and we often did not know who to turn to to get our questions answered. We were disappointed in the lack of communication from the Lahey Group and although they attempted a few times, following our complaints, to make amends and assured better communication, we continued to experience less than adequate service. When I approached our customer care associate about issues, the frequent response was "I've been tied up with a bunch of other things" which from a business perspective is a very poor way to respond to a client. This came across as if our home sale was very low on their priority list. Jonathan Lahey himself seemed to be a great person and businessman, but unfortunately the people who work for him really drove this rating down because we rarely worked directly with Jonathan. In the end, the group did sell our home, so we're grateful to them for that.
