As a first-time homebuyer in the Vermont real estate market, I did as much research as I could to inform myself. However, no amount of research I did could make up for the fantastic job that Jacob did for me. Jacob walked me through the process slowly and made sure I understood everything clearly. He was always extremely prompt in responding to my inquiries and scheduling showings, and he was able to secure a showing for each property that I wanted to view during my search. Whenever I had any questions for him, I knew he would always have the answers. Jacob did a great job working with my lender, home inspectors, and sellers? agents to make the process go as smoothly as possible for me. With Jacob?s help and knowledge, I was able to close on my first house as smoothly as the process can allow for. Jacob was super easy to work with, he is down to earth, and he?s a great communicator. I would highly recommend choosing Jacob for his realtor services, his product is top notch. Especially as a first-time homebuyer, I am very glad I enlisted Jacob. He did a fantastic job; if I am ever looking to buy another property in Vermont, or decide to sell my newly bought one in the distant future, I will not hesitate to use Jacob as my realtor again. He did an outstanding job and I am extremely pleased with the service he provided. I cannot recommend him enough.
