We first crossed paths with Brenda Altomare when submitting an inquiry to tour a property on Zillow in early 2022. At the time we were not actively looking, but knew that sometime within the year we would start. It was then that Brenda reached out to us and our business relationship began. From the very beginning Brenda was kind and sought to guide us with thoughtful and engaging conversation of the home buying process and things we could expect as we moved forward. Any questions or concerns we had, regardless of the time of day, she was always quick to respond and ready to help. With each property inquiry or tour request made she took note of things we liked, disliked, that were must haves or deal breakers, and frequently pointed out things that us first time home buyers wouldnt have otherwise noticed or thought of. We could tell that she had genuine interest to make sure any home we would prospectively offer on was well maintained, and when not ideal, would identify areas that needed work and any signs of potential problems for the future. If concerns arose that she wasnt already informed on herself, she had recommendations of who to contact at the ready. Even when asked to tour a property that may have been slightly out of our reach or didnt fit with the descriptions we gave her she would wisely voice concerns, but always allowed us the choice to see it. There were multiple occasions where she cancelled or reorganized her own personal plans to cater to our schedules so she could walk and talk through listings together as a team. The one instance we could not see a listing together she arranged for one of her trusted colleagues to take her place so we could still accommodate our schedule. We submitted three offers in total in our time working with Brenda and with each one she kept us informed of any and all feedback with great haste. It was evident that Brendas reputation was highly regarded when our very first offer was nearly accepted because the listing agent had worked with Brenda on previous sales and delighted at the thought of doing so again. Brenda combines the professional and knowledgeable experience you seek in a real estate agent with all the best qualities of a near and dear family member. We felt right from the beginning that she was a wonderful fit to help us find our first home.

We were somewhat abruptly cast into the mysterious haunted forest that is home-buying, and yet were blessed to find Brenda to be our guide through it all. Right up front, she said she would treat us like family and not just as a job, and we felt the truth of that promise every step of the way. Brenda was very invested in us and our dreams. Going in, we were disoriented, but as she helped us, we felt empowered and excited. Of course, home-buying is a very emotional process, and she enters into that alongside you. When she finally called to tell us we had gotten the house, she was genuinely excited for us. We loved sharing that joy with her. Brenda knows the business well and she makes the complex simple. She?ll be your guide, advocate, and supporter on this very big and exciting decision. We?d choose Brenda again in a second.
