Our home buying process was a little atypical - we reached out to Shannon based on some good reviews we read online and setup an appointment to meet with her. But before we had a chance to meet, a house we liked went on the market, and we met Shannon for the first time at this house. We decided to put in an offer right away and she was able to quickly guide us through the process. Shannon was a good advocate for us during the due diligence period and was able to help us negotiate for many of the repairs we requested. She was always quick to respond to our questions and exceptionally professional in her interactions. When we hit a few bumps in the road, Shannon went above and beyond to help resolve a tricky situation.
