We had been shopping for a cabin in the Big Bear area for over a year. At one point, we became frustrated and gave up. Part of th reason for that was agents that could do little more than what I could do by looking on line on Zillow or Redfin. We met up with Brad and in less than two weeks, found our cabin and entered escrow! Brad was most patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thanks to him, we wound up negotiating a price that was less than what we had been willing to pay. Then the hard part started - we were about to go on an overseas vacation and would not be around to deal with escrow and inspection issues except by email 8 time zones away. Brad handled it. He answered all my questions quickly and made all arrangements with escrow. We even wound up being able to close escrow a week earlier than scheduled! And he didn't stop after the sale. I have continued to count on him for referrals to get some improvements done on the cabin. Working with him was a wonderful experience.
