I knew from the minute I met Catherine Cates that she was genuine. That I could trust her. She lived up and exceeded all of my expectations. Even while this market is the hottest it has been in history, she made me feel like I was her only client. I was never a distraction or a bother to her even when my house search took me several counties wide and my aEURoewantsaEUR? were a mile long. When I finally did find the house of my dreams, Catherine went above and beyond to see the deal through. When it almost fell apart, literally days before the closing, Catherine completely saved the deal and dealt with the entire issue while OUT OF THE COUNTRY!! She never once stopped working for me, even when I was ready to throw in the towel and walk away from the house. Catherine was always positive, honest, uplifting and encouraging.
