The Alderden Team represented both sides of our transaction. Tamara Helsel was my agent, and Bill Alderden represented the seller. I don't normally like to work in this manner, but their team was very professional, and I was quite comfortable that Tamara was representing my best interests throughout the transaction.As an agent, Tamara was awesome to work with. She knows everyone in the area, and was very hospitable, and accomodating. We went back to the home on several occasions for inspections, measuring, etc. and she always worked with us. I would not hesitate to use them in the future, and would highly recommend them to others needing a realtors services.

Susan and Bill Alderden worked with us over a 4 to 5 year period to locate the perfect second home. They listened carefully to our description of a desired location and facility.
