Holly was extremely professional and helpful from the first time we met. She was showing new spec homes in Murfreesboro that ended up selling right out from under us. When we decided to pick a lot and build she helped every step of the way. Our experience in Ohio was that our Realtor wanted nothing to do with us when we said the word build but that was not the case with Holly. She helped mitigate problems we faced and found solutions and compromises that got us to our closing date. Even when closing was in jeopardy with our builder, Holly came through and we were able to move without a problem. She helped all the way down to hiring AND helping a cleaning lady final clean so that we wouldnt be moving into a property covered in drywall dust! Holly was very responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages. She also handled coordinating items that I didnt even have to worry about (i.e. walk throughs with the builder, contact with the appraiser among other things I probably dont even know about!) Hands down, we will use Holly for all things real estate that we may need in the future, we just hope not anytime soon!
