I switched from CBS homes to Troy Trumm because my property went 96 days without one offer even after reducing the prize from $74,000 to $73,000 and having over 30 showings. TROY TRUMM SOLD MY HOME IN UNDER A WEEK TO THE 1ST PEOPLE THAT CAME THROUGH USING TOP NOTCH MARKETING AND PROFESSIONALISM, FOR LISTING PRICE OF $70,000. When I told the team at CBS that "I want them to pull my listing and when I re-list it with someone else it will be for 70 or $71,000," they didn't seem to try very hard at keeping me as a client, in fact not at all except doing one more open house on fathers day which no one showed up for. Especially since my house was smaller thus being less valuable which in turn made me and my family not help but feel less important as someone selling a $200,000. People claim to treat one another equally by few follow through. Troy came out immediately which was very professional, even spending almost 3 hours listening to exactly what we wanted. Once he explained the marketing approach Troy and his team offer and how they are able to get the listing price and/or remarkably close to it was a no brainer. You can give me the best sale pitch I've ever heard but without professional salesmanship it'll fall on deaf ears. Meaning NUMBERS NEVER LIE!!!! It would be a waist of time listing and buying a home with anyone else because you'll end up calling Troy after 90 days anyways, so why waist peoples time.
