I believe Justin Gould is in this business because he loves this whole process from the very beginning to the conclusion. If you have someone who loves their job, you are the recipient of the best outcome possible. He is vested in your best outcome. He listens to your requests, wants and needs and is helpful in that he is able to find the best options for you to choose from. He is patience and very caring. His knowledge is precise and if he doesn't know the answer to what you have asked he won't shine you on. He is honest and will tell you he doesn't know, will find the answer quickly and provide to you the findings. He is honest and that is a rare trait in the home selling business. Your best interests are his. Buying a home is no small event, and I trust him. Although I did not buy/build when I utilized Justin services, after all the time he put in he did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable with my decision. The timing was just not right for me. When I am ready my only call will be to Justin Gould and I know he will help me find or build the perfect home.
