My husband and I contacted Shani 5 months prior to relocating to Central Florida. We were immediately taken with her caring and concern for our housing needs and subsequently became appreciative of her integrity, real estate knowledge and skills, attention to detail, and advocacy on our behalf. Shani masterfully served as mediator between us and the seller and worked tirelessly to resolve issues as they arose. Shani would e-mail us properties to view but was also willing to show us properties that we found. She made herself available when needed, and made a great recommendation for a home inspector, when we asked. She expertly guided us through each step of the home buying process and though she did not have to be there, she pleasantly surprised us by attending our closing. We closed on our home on my birthday and Shani surprised me with a lovely card and gift. When we went to our new home that evening, we were greeted by a beautiful housewarming gift.
