We sold our townhouse in Manhattan Beach last summer in hope to find a small single family house close to the water and downtown MB on the walk-street with a yard for our little dog, BooBoo. As our house-hunting criteria is rather specific, the choice was extremely limited at a time of low inventory.The search was long and arduous as the real estate market went berserk at the same time.
